Payment and Refund Policy

To book a room in CRIC Halls of Residence you must pay a down payment of £1,000 for international Tier 4 students & £400 for Home/EU students. The remaining fees, for the first semester rent, are due once the contract has been sent to you.

Please be aware the room isn’t confirmed until the contract is signed and returned and down payment is made.

You will not be able to move into your room until the first semester fees have been paid.

To book a Host family accommodation you must pay full fees in advance.

Once we have received your payment, you will be emailed a letter that confirms your accommodation booking.

All fees will need to be paid by online payment or bank transfer to the below CRIC bank account.

Declaration UK/EU refund policy

Up until the time you collect your keys, or the contract start date passes, you may cancel any time during the 14 day cooling-off period from the date of the payment and receive a refund of the full deposit. Once you either collect your keys or the start date of the contract passes or the 14 day cooling off period end, whichever comes first, the full £400 becomes non-refundable.
